Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which EverBetterApps offers refunds for its products and services. By purchasing from EverBetterApps you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription products
Our subscription products are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- 14-day refund window: if you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge.
- Cancellation: you can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active until its end.
- No prorated refunds: after the 14-day window, we do not refund partial billing periods.
- Annual plans: for annual plans, refund requests made within 14 days of the initial charge will be honored in full. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
2. One-time purchases
For one-time digital purchases (such as templates or downloadable content), refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been substantially used. Contact us with your order details to request a refund.
3. Custom development and consulting
Custom development and consulting engagements (including AI Sprints) are subject to the terms of the specific proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.
- Milestone payments already invoiced for work completed and accepted are non-refundable.
- If you cancel an engagement before its scheduled start, we will refund any deposit minus reasonable costs already incurred (typically a discovery fee, communicated in advance).
- Disputes about deliverables are handled in good faith. We will work with you to resolve them before any refund decision.
4. How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@everbetterapps.com with:
- The email address associated with your account or order.
- The order number or invoice number.
- A short reason for the refund request.
We will reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us prevents us from helping you and may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
6. Exceptional circumstances
We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion, for example in case of a technical error on our side, duplicate charges, or unusual hardship. We aim to be fair.
